1. What is a reverse auction? |
| |
Bid2Win is a reverse or lowest bid auction-based game show. This show offers its participants products through lowest and unique bids placed by them to acquire the product on offer. The lowest unique bid refers to the lowest bid which no other participant has placed. This means that you can acquire products by placing a very low and a unique price as your bid. The participant can send as many unique bids. For example if you bid Rs 1.05 and no one else bids lower than your bid, then you stand to acquire that product. Whereas if you bid 1.05 and someone else also bids 1.05 then this bid will get cancelled.

| 2. How can I register to play Bid2Win online? |

In order to participate in Bid2Win you need to register on the Bid2Win website (www.bid2win.in). Once on the website go to our Registration section and provide all the information marked as mandatory. Once you finish the registration you will get a confirmation e-mail on the e-mail address provided by you. After receiving confirmation you need to get to the Buy Credit section and purchase credits as per your requirements. Once you buy credits you can start playing. Click on the product you are interested in and follow the instructions to bid.

| 3. Are there any restrictions on who may register? |
|
To register, you must be over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Bidding is open to residents of India over the age of 18 except people who are disqualified.

| 4. How can I bid for products? |
|
Start Bidding in three easy steps
1. Register - complete the registration form. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you.
2. Purchase Bid - Deposit money into your Bid account.

There are two ways to purchase Bids:
• Bid Card / Debit Card - Select the amount of Bids you would like to buy on the Purchase Bid page. The minimum package available is Rs. 100. Then click on "ICICI Bank - Proceed for Payment ". You will then be taken to the payment gateway. Complete the transaction by entering your Bid / debit card details. Once complete click on "Return to Unique Bid Homes" (this will bring you back to the Lowest Unique Bid).
• PayPal - Select the amount of Bids you would like to buy on the Purchase Bid page. Then click on "PayPal – Proceed for Payment". You will then be taken to the PayPal website. Complete the transaction by entering your PayPal account number. Once complete click on "Return to Unique Bid Homes" (this will bring you back to Lowest Unique Bid).
3. Place a bid - Click on "Bid Now" under the item you would like to place your bid on. You will then be taken to the "Place Your Bid" page. Enter the amount you wish to bid. Then click "Submit your Bid". You will be shown the status of your bid. If you want to place another bid, click on "Place another Bid" and repeat the process. |

| 5. What is the bidding cost? |

Each bid is priced @ Rs. 10.

| 6. How many bids I can make? |
|
You can place as many bids as you like. However, you can discontinue bidding at any moment you wish to. Bids which are already placed cannot be withdrawn.

| 7. How can I keep a track of my bids? |
|
You will open an account in order to bid and you can see the status of your bids on your account page whenever you log in. We will also e-mail you the final results of the auction once all the winners have been finalised. (This is usually about four days after the close.)

| 8. Can I withdraw a bid? |
|
A bid that has been submitted cannot be withdrawn. But you can discontinue bidding at any moment you wish to.

| 9. Will I get any online notice about the status of my bids? |
|
Yes. You will receive your bid status notification to your e-mail account and via SMS on your registered mobile number.

| 10. What happens if I am a winner? |
|
If your bid is the lowest and unique you stand to win the product you have bid for. We will contact you by phone or e-mail and inform you about your winnings.

| 11. How will you notify me about winning and how will I receive the prize? |
|
After the auction ends, we will send an e-mail within three days to your e-mail address provided in your member profile. After you confirm your address and contact number, our customer care team will send you certain documents pertaining to the completion of formalities as required. Upon receiving the completed documents the product will be delivered within 90 working days. In rare cases there may be delays. In cases of such delays Bid2win will notify the winners.
